Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 28 September 2026

These terms apply when you browse beliveshop.com, place an order, or use one of our services. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them first. If something here is unclear, ask us before you buy.

1. Who we are

Belive Shop ("BeliveShop", "we", "us") sells goods sourced in China to customers in Africa and elsewhere, and offers sourcing, inspection, branding and wholesale credit services. Our address is Building 2, Belt and Road Business Center, Jiangbei District, Chongqing, China, and we have a regional office in Accra, Ghana.

You can reach us at support@beliveshop.com or on +86 131 3468 1498 (call or WhatsApp), or through our contact page.

2. Using the site and your account

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian place the order, to buy from us. Give us accurate details when you register or check out, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.

Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to copy our content or product data at scale. We may suspend an account that does.

3. Products, descriptions and prices

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photos show the product or a close example, and colours can look different on screen. Used items, including vehicles, show normal wear for their age unless the listing says otherwise. Read the whole listing, including the specifications, before you buy.

Our prices are set in Chinese yuan. If you choose another currency, we convert at the rate set in our currency switcher, and the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Exchange rates change, so a price in cedis, naira or dollars can move from one day to the next.

If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, or turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and either offer the correct price or cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

After you check out we send an email confirming that we have received your order. A contract between us exists once we accept the order and take payment. We can decline an order, for example if we cannot verify payment or cannot ship to your address, and we will refund anything you have paid.

Payments are processed by Flutterwave, and you can pay by card, Mobile Money, bank transfer or USSD where available. We do not see or store your full card details. Your bank or mobile money provider may charge its own fees.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship from China by air or by sea. The options offered at checkout depend on your destination and on what you are buying:

  • Air Express, usually 2 to 3 days
  • Air Standard, usually 10 to 12 days, for items without batteries
  • Air Battery, usually 18 to 21 days, for phones and items with built-in batteries
  • Sea Cargo, usually 1 to 2 months

These times are estimates. Customs checks, airline and shipping line schedules, public holidays and events outside our control can delay a shipment, and we are not responsible for those delays.

For Ghana, shipments are collected from our pickup point in Accra, and our air and sea cargo prices include import duty on general goods. Vehicles are different, see section 6.

Sea prices for items whose size we do not yet have are estimated from weight. If the measured parcel costs more to ship than the estimate, we will tell you the difference before we dispatch it, and you can pay the difference or cancel that item for a refund. If an item has no weight or size listed, checkout may show "Shipping quoted after order". We will send you the shipping cost before dispatch, and nothing ships until you accept it.

Some goods cannot travel by air, or need special handling. Batteries in particular go by the slower battery service. You must not ask us to ship anything that is illegal to export from China or to import into your country.

For more detail, see our Shipping page.

6. Vehicles

Vehicle prices are FOB Shanghai. The sea freight you choose on the vehicle page, full container or consolidation, is added to take the price to CFR at the port you selected, such as Tema, Takoradi or Lagos.

CFR does not include import duty, port charges, clearing, registration or delivery from the port. You pay those at the destination. You are also responsible for meeting the import rules of your country. In Ghana, for vehicles shipped on or after 1 October 2026, this includes the Ghana Standards Authority requirement for a Certificate of Conformance from an approved inspection body before shipment, and the ban on used vehicles more than 15 years old. We will tell you what we know about these rules, but you should confirm them with your clearing agent.

You can book a video walk-around or a pre-purchase inspection before you buy. Because vehicles are shipped by container and cleared in your name, they cannot be returned for a change of mind. They can be returned or compensated only if they arrive with a defect we did not disclose, or are materially different from the listing.

7. Returns and refunds

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging, or if they arrive defective. Report any shipping damage or missing items within 48 hours of collection, with photos or video. Custom and branded items cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not match the approved design.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. The full rules, including how to start a return, are in our Returns and Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Our services

Shop for Me and factory inspections

The inspection package fee is paid in advance and is not refundable once the inspection has taken place. Our report describes what our team saw, checked and was told on the day. It is not a guarantee of the supplier, of later production, or of goods we did not inspect.

B2B wholesale credit

Credit is subject to our approval and to a separate credit agreement. Submitting an application does not mean it has been approved, and we can decline an application without giving a reason.

Corporate branding

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. We may ask for a deposit before production starts. Production begins once you approve the final design and sample, and we are not responsible for errors in artwork, spelling or specifications that you approved.

9. Smarty, our shopping assistant

Smarty can help you find products and answer questions about shipping and orders. Its answers are guidance only. If anything Smarty says differs from the product page, the checkout or these terms, the product page, the checkout and these terms apply.

10. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of that failure. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for business losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity, or for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

11. Content and trademarks

The text, design and original images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Brand names and logos of products we sell belong to their owners and are used only to identify those products.

12. Your privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

14. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, contact us first and we will try to put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana will hear any dispute that we cannot resolve together. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer protection your local law gives you.
