The price is CIF thus includes the vehicle, manufacturer warranty and delivery to your country’s port. Additional services like extended warranties, premium delivery options (to include duty and clearing in your home country), and home charger installation are available for an extra fee.

Every used EV undergoes a comprehensive 150-point inspection including battery health analysis, charging system tests, software updates verification, and complete mechanical inspection. We provide detailed reports with each vehicle.

We do not directly offier various financing options including traditional auto loans, leasing programs, and special EV incentive financing but our partner financial institutions in various countries provide competitive financing options and can help you take advantage of federal and state EV tax credits.

Not directly but we partner with certified electricians in your home countries to provide home charging station installation. They can handle permits, electrical upgrades if needed, and ensure your charging setup meets all safety requirements.

We do not offer return window for used vehicles however we work with manufacturers on new vehicle returns and recalls. All returns must be in the same condition as delivered with less than 500 additional miles. Return shipping fees may apply. We also partner with service centres some returns may be directed to or have your vehicle serviced for faults.

Once your vehicle is ready for transport, you’ll receive tracking information and shipping documentation with real-time GPS updates. Our logistics team provides regular updates and coordinates delivery scheduling directly with you.
